Shipping conditions at Eastmade

At Eastmade we strive to guarantee you fast and reliable delivery of your orders. Here you will find all information about our shipping conditions.

Shipping:

Domestic: For orders within Germany, shipping costs amount to €5.00 net.
International: We charge €21.49 for international shipments. Please note that additional customs fees and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times:

Domestic: Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of the order. Depending on whether products need to be remanufactured, delivery can take up to 15 working days.
International: International delivery can take between 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping partners: We work with the renowned logistics partners DHL and DPD to ensure safe and fast delivery of your order.

Tracking: After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery status of your order.

Packaging: All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.
